If you are using Office 365 Business, your admin can track if. I will made some test to show how.

Hi hikerman,

If you shared the video by the link copied from OneDrive, it will be possible to see who has clicked the link. Because the once they clicked the link, they will be given the permission to the video. and you can see it in your OneDrive.

Since the video is stored in your OneDrive, so you will be able to see who has clicked the link:
Sign in to OneDrive Online > Select the Video > Click the circled i in the upper right

Click the Advanced

Then you will see the users are listed here:

If you sent the link directly from OneDrive. All the user will have the permission since you shared it by clicking Send. So there is no difference if the click the link.

I have the same question and the answers above do not appear address the issue clearly.

I have OneDrive project folders that may contain a few files or hundreds of files, when we share these folders outside our organization we need to see who is accessing the folder and what files they may be viewing and when.

Is there an easy way to access this info.

Hi badger2048,

The solution is for internal sharing.

When you share a folder or file with outsiders, the link allows anonymous access, thus the user information will not be taken.
